Delivery and Returns

Delivery and returns should be smooth and are just as important as the quality of the garment. Please see below to learn how we do things.

Shipping is free on all orders. Shipping is only available within New Zealand at this time.

Delivery Address
Please provide a delivery address where you will be able to accept delivery or that is safe and secure i.e. a work address if not going to be home. As we cannot be held liable for any items that are lost, stolen or misplaced.

Delivery Timeframe
For most areas within New Zealand, if you order before 12pm, you will receive your order the next day.  Other areas i.e. RD etc. may take 1-3 days from date of dispatch. We cannot guarantee this timeframe as unexpected delays can occur and should be used as a general guideline. Rural and non-urban deliveries can take an additional 24-48 hours.
We cannot be responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen items.

Item Availability
If, on the rare occasion, a sold-out piece of knitwear is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as possible, and offered a replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.

Some items may be restocked due to demand. On our website there will be the option to be notified by email when restocked so you can ensure you don’t miss out.

Pre-orders will be available on some select new items, with full payment required to purchase. The expected delivery timeframe will be in the description of the product, usually approximately 5-6 weeks.
This is a special feature that gives you the opportunity to ensure you secure that desired piece. Given some items are limited editions, this is recommended.
Our standard returns policy applies to all pre-orders.

Returns and Refunds
We want our special cashmere pieces to spark joy, both immediately, and for years to come, so include as much information for you to make an informed purchase with peace of mind. This includes individual garment measurements.
On the offchance something doesn’t quite fit the way it should, we offer a full refund policy.
We will gladly accept the unworn, undamaged item back within 14 business days of date of your purchase being received by you.
All tags must be intact, no makeup, perfume, damage or washing can occur for this to be valid. Please take care when trying garments on not to snag them on jewellery etc. And if possible, place a scarf over your head when taking it on/off to avoid makeup marks.

Shipping charges to return the garment will be at the cost of the customer. Please use a tracking system as any garments not received back cannot qualify for a refund, it really is important to use a tracked system, thank you.  the garment must be in the condition specified above.  No exclusions.
We will email you once the return has been processed in our system and your original method of payment will be credited by your bank, within 5-10 days of this. 

Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges due to the exclusive and, often, limited edition nature of our garments. But, you can return any item for a full refund and go on to shop for another beautiful piece.

Sale items
If any items are offered at a discounted rate, these do not qualify for a refund, any purchase is final.

Faulty item
All garments sent out are quality controlled. If, for any reason, you receive an item that has a manufacturing fault, we will gladly replace it (if item is available) or refund it, as long as the garment is received back to us within 10 days of receiving it. Please email us immediately if this occurs and we will issue a prepaid courier bag for you.
Please note; any normal wear and tear or harm caused by jewellery etc. will not be considered a manufacturing flaw. It must be in the condition required for any returns to qualify. Please see cashmere care to avoid this. Thank you.
